Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal period

• Eligible distance and off-premises contracts generally have a 14-day withdrawal right.
• A 30-day period may apply to contracts resulting from unsolicited home visits or promotional excursions.
• CasaMia policy should prohibit unsolicited pressure selling at the home.

Early start

If the customer expressly asks CasaMia to start services during the withdrawal period, the customer may have to pay a proportionate amount for validly requested work already performed if they later withdraw.

Personalised goods

Exceptions for clearly personalised goods may apply only to genuinely customised items explained before contracting.

How to withdraw

Use the public withdrawal form at /withdrawal-form, email hola@casamia.com.es, or write by post to Urbanización Sierra Blanca, Cascada de, n.º 311, 29602 Marbella (Málaga), España. Keep a copy of what you send and the date sent.
